The grade appears on your quote in writing, defined the same way our grades guide defines it publicly. If a box doesn't meet its stated grade when it arrives, you reject it at the truck and the replacement is on us.

The Guarantees We Put in Writing

Container retail has earned its trust problem, so we don't ask for trust — we ask you to hold paper: a lifetime wind-and-watertight warranty and a 10-year frame warranty on every unit, a 60-day return policy, payment on delivery (including cash in the KC market), and inspection rights before the box ever leaves the trailer.
